1. About Us
Miyaar Mobile Shop is a Rawalpindi-based retailer offering genuine mobile accessories, audio gear, and content creation tools, including phone covers, tempered glass, chargers, cables, power banks, wireless microphones, tripods, ring lights, gimbals, mobile holders, earbuds, headphones, and smart watches.

2. Products & Descriptions
- We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to manufacturer updates or photography/screen differences.
- All products listed are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you and offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or a full refund.
- We only sell genuine, quality-checked products from trusted brands including Boya, DJI, Maono, Jmary, iCON, Faster, Plokama, Ronin, and MEMO.
3. Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices do not include delivery charges unless stated otherwise; delivery fees (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
- In case of a pricing error on our website due to a technical issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
4. Order Placement & Confirmation
- Orders can be placed through our website or directly via WhatsApp.
- An advance payment of Rs. 500 (or the amount specified at checkout) is required to confirm your order, via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer. This helps us reduce fake/prank orders and reserve your item.
- Once payment proof is shared, your order will be confirmed and processed within the timeframe communicated to you.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or where advance payment is not received within the given time.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (for remaining balance only, where advance payment applies)
All advance payments must be verified through a valid transaction ID or payment screenshot sent via WhatsApp.
6. Delivery & Shipping
- We currently offer delivery all over Pakistan, with free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000 (subject to change; current offers are shown on our website/social pages).
- Orders are shipped via trusted courier services. Estimated delivery time will be shared at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on your location.
- Miyaar Mobile Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure your provided address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Approved returns/exchanges must be sent back in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Change-of-mind returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; standard return procedures (Section 7) will apply instead.
- Advance payments for cancelled orders (where the cancellation is on the customer’s part after processing has begun) may be non-refundable, at our discretion.
9. Warranty
- Products come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, where applicable. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
- For warranty claims, please keep your order confirmation/receipt, as it may be required as proof of purchase.
10. User Conduct
By using our website or contacting us, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Misuse our WhatsApp/contact channels for spam or abusive behavior
- Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of our website
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

All content on our website — including logos, product images, descriptions, and graphics — is the property of Miyaar Mobile Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Miyaar Mobile Shop shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to delays in delivery, third-party courier issues, or product misuse.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi.
